Isle of Wight swimmer Zac Lacey set a new record at the British Down Syndrome Swimming Championships.
Zac, who is a world champion and trains for major competitions annually, retained his 200m butterfly title for the third consecutive year at the K2 in Crawley.
Zac is planning to compete in the 2025 European Championships in Portugal and possibly the Global Games in Thailand.
The British Down Syndrome Swimming Championships saw 161 entries this year, including 23 international competitors.
Zac said: "I always like to thank all the coaches and swimmers at Seaclose Swimming Club where I train and the Isle of Wight Council Talented Athlete Scheme, Wightlink in the Community with my travel support and all of the rest of my support team both in and out of the water."
Zac began the competition on Saturday with three silver medals in the 50m butterfly, 100m butterfly, and 100m individual medley.
On Sunday, in addition to his gold in the 200m butterfly, he secured silver in the 200m individual medley and the 400m freestyle.
In the 400m freestyle, he improved his time by ten seconds, a significant improvement from a gala in Southampton just three weeks prior.
