Four young footballers from Isle of Wight club Wight Eagles have tried out for the FA's Talent Pathway.
On Monday, players from the club, along with coach Scott Ronan, attended the trials at Hamworthy United Stadium in Poole.
The players, Liv Burt, Faith Rimmer, Kelsie Ronan, and Ellie Warren, were given the chance to impress FA coaches.
They are the first from the club to do so since former player Daniela Robinson reached the second trial stage in Kent.
Director of football, Dan Verstraeten, said: "This really showcases our passion at Wight Eagles to push the best forward to show their class in-front of the best coaches and scouts across the country.
"We are dedicated to reward our girls with these trials as they put so much time and effort in and really want to make it as the next superstar.
"I’m extremely proud of this club and how we try to credit the talent we bring through and I’m very thankful for the staff we have that put so much effort in to the club and the voluntary time they take to coach the girls."
The trials provide the opportunity to play alongside academy players from professional Premier League clubs and Women's Super League clubs.
The hopefuls will now wait to see if they advance to the next stage in their pursuit of a professional football career.
