St. George's Park, former home of Newport Football Club, has been demolished.
Demolition works got underway two weeks ago (Monday September 16) by site owners South Coast Leisure (SLC).
The site will be home to a retail park, a scheme which will unlock funding for Newport FC's new site at the Racecourse roundabout.

The new ground will feature a clubhouse, grandstand and an all-weather floodlit pitch.
The new retail park will see a range of new outlets open, creating a significant number of jobs.
