Free swimming lesson courses are being made available to Islanders, to help with weight loss and promote a healthy lifestyle.
The 12-week programme starts in May, and is being funded by the IW Council.

To get involved, either apply directly or ask your GP to refer you, for twelve, half hour swimming sessions with a swimming coach, to help improve technique and fitness.
The package also includes free access to a digital weight loss and anti-stress support programme.
The aim is for participants to hit a five per cent weight loss target.
Two groups will run from May 1, at 1Leisure Medina in Newport.
