Wessex League Division One club East Cowes Vics host the Island League's Brading Town in the third round of the IW Senior Gold Cup.
Kick-off at Beatrice Avenue is 7.45pm.
Elsewhere, Premier Division play-off hopefuls Cowes Sports host Bournemouth in the Wessex League.
The game at Westwood Park gets underway at 8pm.
UPDATE: Tonight's match between East Cowes Vics and Brading Town has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
