NEWPORT Football Club have had yet another football match postponed — this time, tonight's (Wednesday) Wessex League Division 1 match against Folland Sports.

The game was called off following a pitch inspection of the Beatrice Avenue ground in East Cowes earlier this afternoon. 

Newport, who remain in 16th spot with many more games in hand on those around them, face 17th placed Ash United away on Saturday.
