The Isle of Wight's three Wessex league football sides return to action today (Saturday).
On what is the club's 136th birthday, Newport take on high-flyers Alresford Town at Beatrice Avenue in Division One.
Chairman John Davies said: "To be chairman of such an established non-league club is a great honour and everyone who has played, supported, sponsored or volunteered over the years should feel the same pride as I do.
"I hope to see as many of you as possible at the game. Let's get behind the team and help them produce a positive result, and here's to the clubs 137th year being a successful one on and off the pitch."
Port are yet to win this year, with their last victory coming on Boxing Day against East Cowes Vics.
Alresford, meanwhile, come into this one joint top of the table with Millbrook.
Today's other Division One game sees East Cowes Vics travel to Frimley Green.
Vics are hoping for back-to-back league wins, having defeated Ringwood Town 4-1 in their last game.
The visitors sit just outside the play-off places in 6th, while the hosts are hovering just above the relegation zone.
In the Premier Division, Cowes Sports are just one point outside the play-offs coming into their game with Sherborne Town.
The Yachtsmen are in fine form having won eight of their last nine games in all competitions.
Their opponents find themselves two places below Cowes in 9th.
All games kick off at 3pm.
