FATHER and son cyclists excelled at the recent Cyclocross Regional Championships in Bristol.
Paul Hendy, 49, and his talented son, Harrison, 13, pulled off some great results in their respective age categories.
The teenager, competing as a first year U16, performed superbly to come second — achieving his best result of the season and a great way to round off 2023.
Paul, who also achieved his best result of the season, returned to racing after recovering from long Covid, finishing ninth in the vet 40 age category.
Both cyclists are members of the HUP Competition Cycling Club.
