LEE Bradbury has been relieved of his duties as Eastleigh manager, the club have confirmed.
His assistant Brian Stock has also departed the club with immediate effect.
Bradbury, who is from the Isle of Wight and has had a long career as a manager at south coast clubs, leaves the Vanarama National League side following a 2-0 defeat against Southend United on Friday night.
The Spitfires currently sit 18th in the National League with three points after just five games.
They are yet to pick up a victory this campaign, having drawn their first three games before losing consecutive fixtures against Rochdale and Southend.
Bradbury took over at Eastleigh in February 2022, following the departure of Ben Strevens.
He guided them to a ninth-place finish in his first full season in charge, missing out of the playoffs by just four points.
Richard Hill will oversee the first-team squad as interim manager alongside Jason Bristow.
The club will now undertake a diligent recruitment process in order to identify a new manager.
In a statement on the club's website, Eastleigh said: "We would like to thank Lee and Brian for their commitment to the club during their year and a half tenure at Eastleigh FC and we wish them both all the best for the future."
