EastEnders fans are convinced that a show legend will be returning to the BBC programme amid new clues.
Michael French's character David Wicks could be returning to our screens very soon if online detectives are correct, marking his first time in Walford in a decade.
He first joined the show all the way back in 1993 and was the half-brother of Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) and the father of the recently returned Bianca Jackson (Patsy Palmer).
During his initial run on EastEnders, David Wicks was set to enter a romantic relationship with Bianca before being told by Carol Jackson that she was, in fact, his long-lost daughter.

After a love affair between him and Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins), the latter hired a hitman to murder her husband Ian so they could be together.
Despite being shot, David survived but was forced to leave Albert Square after becoming estranged from his friends and family.
After 16 years, he returned to the area after learning that Pat was dying of pancreatic cancer.
Over the next two years, he would have a turbulent reunion with his ex-partner Carol and later suffered a heart attack at their wedding.
Later, he would leave Carol heartbroken after going to America and leaving her behind.
