AN ISLE of Wight drug driver with a revoked licence crashed into a parked vehicle in the middle of the day and failed to report it.
John Seath, of Village Way, Newport, appeared before Isle of Wight magistrates on Friday, November 29.
The 54-year-old admitted drug driving, failure to stop after road traffic accident, driving without a licence, and driving without insurance, in Shanklin, on May 8.
Prosecutor, Lauren McConnell, said Seath was driving a Vauxhall Viviaro van along Sandy Lane at around 11.30am.

She said he collided with the rear of a parked Mercedes Sprinter van, left the scene, and failed to report the crash.
Police checks revealed he was in possession of a revoked licence and was uninsured.
Ms McConnell said he registered a reading of 240 for benzoylecgonine, a derivative of cocaine, when the specified limit is 50.
Seath was made subject of an interim driving ban and saw his case adjourned to March 7.
He was granted unconditional bail and magistrates ordered a pre-sentence report.
