A woman in her 30s injured during an incident at a property in Branstone on the Isle of Wight last month has died, police have confirmed.
In November, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary launched an investigation into an incident at a house on Branstone Farm Lane.
At around midday on Monday, November 18, police erected a cordon around a semi-detached property and its garden, at the far end of the lane.
Officers were alerted following the discovery of a woman with a serious head injury.

The woman, aged in her 30s, was taken to hospital for treatment.
She was in critical condition, and today (Monday), police have revealed the woman has since died.
Her family are aware, and a file will be prepared for the coroner, a spokesperson for the force said.
On November 21, police said there was no evidence of third-party involvement.
