The property has been given a guide price of £30,000-plus to reflect "significant structural damage."
The house is on a 1.5-hectare plot, which the seller describes as "a hive of activity for the local wildlife, enjoying a view of the English Channel to the south."
However, the area in which the property sits is known to be at risk of landslips.

The house sits in between Undercliff Drive and privately-owned Hunts Road, which no longer has vehicle access, due to a number of landslips over the years.
The latest landslip in the St Lawrence area happened in March this year.
This left cracks in adjoining Hunts Road and nearby Old Park Road.
It led Councillor Phil Jordan, leader of the Isle of Wight Council, to say that reinstating the collapsed Undercliff Drive would be foolish and "a risk too far", costing millions.
The property is freehold and has vacant possession.
Viewings are available on Tuesday, December 3, and Friday, December 6, by appointment.
