An Isle of Wight town centre will be lit up with Christmas festivities this December with a free event.
The Newport Business Association's Festive Cheer returns for its second edition, with free music and entertainment in St Thomas' Square, St James' Square and Newport Minster.
The event will run from 10am to 4.30pm on Saturday, December 14, including performances by Wight Harmony, Abbey Brass and Apollo Youth Group.

Visitors will have the chance to experience Victorian Christmas, and visit stalls inside the Minster.
The day will round off carols around the Christmas tree at 4.30pm.
Organiser Jo Randall said: "This year we have many more performers, and will be starting at 10am.
"The event lasts all day until Carols Around the Tree at 4.30pm.
"This was really magical last year – despite the miserable weather!"
