A new competition has been launched offering a £200 cash prize.

The contest is part of the 15th edition of the Isle of Wight Artists' Calendar.

Those familiar with the Island are invited to guess the locations of 12 photographed details found in public spaces on the Isle of Wight, from clues printed on the calendar.

The calendar, which is available in many stores across the Island, features many crafters and artisans who use the iconic Isle of Wight shape in their work.

To mark 15 years of production, the calendar has introduced this competitive feature.

Calendar compiler, Jane Popov of Gurnard said: "It’s quite challenging, but there will be someone out there, or even a group of locals who, between them, can get all 12.

"The calendar has become a tradition for people with an IW connection around the world. Every year it’s great to hear from repeat customers from pretty much everywhere; their shared interest is a love of the Island."

A proportion of the 2025 edition profits will go to local charity The Holt in Newport.

If you wish to enter the competition and win a cash prize, then submit your list of 12 locations to iowartistscalendar@gmail.com.

The winner will be the first submitted correct list.
