Following their acclaimed production of Sweet Charity, The Wight Strollers have donated £3,000 to local charities.
The group presented cheques to the Isle of Wight Salvation Army and Independent Arts, each receiving £1,500 from the show proceeds.
This latest contribution elevates the Strollers' total charity donations for 2024 to above £10,000, with all proceeds remaining on the Island.
Sarah Scotcher, director of Sweet Charity, said: "We are so proud to be donating to these very worthy causes, and I’m thrilled that the success of our happy, colourful, funny summer show has made these donations possible.

"A special thank-you must go to the cast and crew – every one of them a volunteer giving their time, talent and resources for free, time and again with every show we do – and to our audiences, without whom we wouldn’t be able to keep doing what we love best."
Next, The Wight Strollers are gearing up for their annual pantomime.
In a company first, they will perform a pantomime version of Alice in Wonderland, penned by national panto scriptwriter Ben Crocker.
The production will be staged at Medina Theatre on February 15, 16, and 22, 2025.
Tickets go on sale on Thursday, January 2, from the Medina Theatre Box Office.
