THE former Pavarotti restaurant building on Shanklin High Street on the Isle of Wight is up for auction.

The three-storey freehold building is situated in the heart of Shanklin Old Village, at 105 High Street: a prime location for hospitality businesses.

Rob Marchant, Clive Emson auctioneer, said: “Over the last 30 years, Pavarotti has earned a reputation as a prime eating location, but with the business reluctantly closed, the building is up for sale due to retirement.”
