ISLE of Wight police investigating an incident at a property in Branstone have confirmed there is no evidence of third-party involvement.
It follows a number of enquiries, the force says, and the police scene has now been closed.
Earlier this week, at around midday on Monday, November 18, police were called to Branstone Farm Lane.
A semi-detached property and its garden, at the far end of the lane, was the focus of police attention.

Officers were alerted following the discovery of a woman with a serious head injury.
The woman, aged in her 30s, was taken to hospital for treatment.
She remains in hospital and is in critical condition, a spokesperson for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary revealed yesterday (Wednesday).
