A SERIOUS incident in a quiet cul-de-sac on the Isle of Wight has seen police cordon off a property today (Tuesday).
UPDATE: The discovery of a woman with a serious head injury is the reason why police have cordoned off the property.
A police cordon has been erected on Branstone Farm Lane, off the A3056, between Apse Heath and Horringford.
A semi-detached property and its garden, at the far end of the lane, is the focus of police attention.
Officers remain at the scene this evening.
