A man accused of using a bladed weapon to maliciously wound another man at a popular Isle of Wight pub will stand trial next year.
Jason Stevenson, of John Street, Ryde, appeared at the Isle of Wight Crown Court on Monday, November 18.
The 54-year-old denied wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
He is accused of maliciously wounding another man at The Three Bishops public house, in Brighstone, and being in possession of a knife.

Mr Stevenson saw his case adjourned for a trial on June 3.
He was granted conditional bail.
