AN ISLE of Wight man caught in possession of a false passport and driving licence will learn his fate early next year.
Banjo Osibemekun, of William Street, Swanmore, appeared before a judge at the Isle of Wight Crown Court on Monday, November 18.
The 61-year-old admitted possession of a false Nigerian passport, and possession of a false British driving licence, between October 29, 2009, and July 18, 2024.
Oscar Vincent, defending, said there were a number of issues impacting on Osibemekun and he would benefit from a pre-sentence report.
Judge William Ashcroft agreed, and Osibemekun saw his case adjourned to February 6 at the same venue.
He was granted unconditional bail until that date.
