Rescue teams were scrambled to Luccombe on the Isle of Wight last night (Saturday) after two people became cut off by the tide.
HM Coastguard, alongside firefighters, police and paramedics, were called to Luccombe Bay just before 10pm.
Bembridge and Ventnor Coastguard rescue teams attended, as did the inshore lifeboat from Bembridge RNLI.

The Coastguard Search and Rescue helicopter from Lee-on-the-Solent was sent to scour the area from height.
The casualties were taken to shore by the lifeboat and checked over by paramedics.
