An Isle of Wight man accused of assaulting three police officers and causing damage to a police van will stand trial next year.
Thomas Riordan, of William Street, Ryde, appeared before Isle of Wight magistrates on Tuesday, November 12.
The 28-year-old denied three counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker, on York Road in Sandown, on October 27.
He also denied a single count of criminal damage to a police van at Newport Police Station, on the same date.
Mr Riordan saw his case adjourned for a trial on July 23.
He was granted unconditional bail.
