A man has been charged following a police incident at an Isle of Wight bus station yesterday afternoon (Friday, November 8).
As previously reported by the County Press, Hampshire and IW Constabulary were called to Newport bus station at around 4pm.
Police had received reports that a man was allegedly drunk and disorderly in the area.

At the scene, officers located and arrested a man.
A police spokesperson has confirmed that Daniel Robert King, 50, of Main Road in Yarmouth has been charged with being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
He is due to appear at the IW Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, November 26.
