The Ryde community will come together tomorrow (Remembrance Sunday) to honour those who served and sacrificed in conflicts.

The day’s commemorations will include a parade, a church service, and a wreath-laying ceremony, which all residents and visitors are welcome to attend.
The parade will assemble at 9.30am on Station Street, proceeding through Newport Street to All Saints Church, where a Remembrance Service will begin at 10am.

Following the ceremony, the parade will resume at around 10.35am, continuing down West Street and turning onto Lind Street.
The parade will culminate at Ryde War Memorial, outside Ryde Theatre, where the Act of Remembrance will take place at 10.55am, followed by a wreath-laying ceremony.
Uniformed groups, community organisations and veterans are invited to join the parade.
