An Isle of Wight care home manager’s leadership and dedication has been recognised with a nomination in the prestigious Great British Care Awards. 

Teresa Hope, manager at Highfield House, has been nominated as Registered Manager of the Year in the South East.

The award recognises Teresa’s leadership and consistent dedication to supporting individuals with complex dementia needs and providing person-centred care for residents at Highfield House. 

The Shanklin-based home is part of the Island Healthcare Group, which operates six care homes across the Island.

The national final will take place at the ICC in Birmingham in March 2025.
