TWO Isle of Wight men have been arrested on suspicion of stealing money from their employers.
Police officers attended addresses in Castle Street and Nelson Street in Ryde yesterday morning (Wednesday, October 30) and made arrests "as part of an ongoing investigation," said a Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary spokesperson.

A 24-year-old man and a 50-year-old man, both from Ryde, were arrested on suspicion of theft by an employee.
The investigation relates to allegations of around £2,000 stolen from an Isle of Wight business, which was reported to the police on October 12.
The suspects have both been released on bail while the police continue their inquiries.
