Isle of Wight residents are being urged to help shape local health care priorities for the next five years.
The new NHS Foundation Trust, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare, formed on October 1, is seeking community input to develop its strategy and priorities for 2025 to 2030.
Over the past two years, the organisation has gathered feedback outlining people’s hopes and concerns regarding its services.
The feedback has highlighted a demand for more local, integrated care tailored to individual and community needs, and a push for more consistent care across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

Alex Heritage, chief of strategy and transformation for the new trust said: "We want our strategy to be developed with our service users, their families and carers, as well as our staff, partners and our local communities, so it focuses on the things that matter most.
"We want to hear from as broad and diverse group of people as possible to help us work towards delivering a shared vision for providing outstanding care that supports people on the Isle of Wight to live their best and healthiest lives."
The trust is now asking the public what matters most.
Feedback will directly influence the new five-year plan.
