There is disruption and cancellations on Isle of Wight ferry firms Red Funnel and Wightlink this morning (Friday).

On Wightlink, from Portsmouth, the 8am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm and 8pm sailings are cancelled.
From Fishbourne, the 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm and 9pm are also off.
No reason is given on Wightlink's website but it's understood vessel, St Clare has been pulled from service and customers are being notified by text message.

There are also delays of around 20 minutes on Wightlink's FastCat service.
Meanwhile, reduced visibility is being blamed for disruption on Red Funnel.
Its 8am sailing from Southampton to Cowes is suspended.
There are also delays of around 15 to 20 minutes on the Red Jet, for the same reason.
A Red Funnel spokesperson said: "We apologise for the inconvenience to your journey."
Hovertravel is also experiencing delays of around 15 minutes.

Wightlink has said engineers have worked overnight to resolve the technical issue on St Clare and it will return to service this morning.
A spokesperson told customers: "If your booking has been changed to another time or port and you would prefer to travel on your original sailing, please turn up and we will endeavour to get you on the next available sailing."
