An Isle of Wight woman who was 'scammed, manipulated and defrauded' by a 'love cheat' is to recount her shocking ordeal in a new true crime documentary on Channel 4.
Megan Clarke says her world 'fell apart' after finding out her fiancée was in fact a 'fraud' who took out numerous business loans in her name and bought her a fake engagement ring.
Episode one of Love Cheats tells her story and how the 'charming' man she met, was not who he claimed to be.
Ahead of the show's airing, Megan appeared on ITV's This Morning earlier today (Thursday).
After arriving on the Isle of Wight, Lord Bertie Underwood 'swept off her feet', the show's synopsis said.
He showered her with fancy gifts and luxury weekends away, even popping the question on Christmas Day.

The synopsis said: "While Megan plans an extravagant wedding, the charming Lord Bertie was also cruising for other victims he could defraud on Grindr, including Mike in Hastings, who fights back to take Bertie (real name Robert Madejski) to court for his fraudulent transactions selling Rolex watches on eBay.
"Megan's world starts to fall apart when she finds Bertie's wallet with numerous IDs under different names.
"Worse is to come when she discovers that he's taken out numerous business loans in her name and even her engagement ring is a fake.
"Megan's mother turns to social media to seek justice and, after posts about Bertie and his scams go viral, Bertie is eventually tracked down."
The episode, the first of four standalone stories, airs at 9pm on Sunday, October 20.
