A man has been charged in connection with a serious assault outside a popular Isle of Wight pub.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary was called to Brighstone at 5.22pm on March 24 this year.
Police received reports that a man in his 20s had been slashed across the face with a knife.
The incident occurred outside the Three Bishops pub.

Following enquiries, 54-year-old Jason Stevenson, of John Street in Ryde, has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent, and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
He has been bailed with conditions.
He is due to appear at Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court tomorrow (Tuesday 15 October).
A 45-year-old man previously detained on suspicion of intentional strangulation, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and making threats to kill, has been released with no further action.
