SEVERAL properties on the Isle of Wight — including houses, blocks of flats, and commercial premises — are set to go under the hammer next month.
These properties are among 170 lots listed across southern England, Yorkshire, and Scotland by Clive Emson Auctioneers.

The auction, their seventh for the year, will start on October 30 and conclude on November 1.
Among these is a shop and two-bedroom flat at 14 Carisbrooke Road, Newport, which is guided freehold at £160,000-plus.

Also in Newport, a freehold house at 4, Cross Street, is up for grabs with a guide price of £135,000 to £145,000.

A block of six two-bedroom flats at Coronation Road, Cowes, is guided at £470,000 to £490,000 — considered ideal for addition to an income-producing letting portfolio.
