These properties are among 170 lots listed across southern England, Yorkshire, and Scotland by Clive Emson Auctioneers.

The auction, their seventh for the year, will start on October 30 and conclude on November 1.

Also in Newport, a freehold house at 4, Cross Street, is up for grabs with a guide price of £135,000 to £145,000.

Rob described it as "ideal for continued use" as a letting investment.

A block of six two-bedroom flats at Coronation Road, Cowes, is guided at £470,000 to £490,000 — considered ideal for addition to an income-producing letting portfolio.

In Sandown, Fernside, a guest house with 11 guest rooms and separate owner's accommodation, all en-suite, is guided at £420,000 to £450,000.
