Forty-six people have raised £25,000 for Wessex Cancer Support by completing a 10,000ft skydive or 160ft bungee jump.
The challenge took place at Sandown Airport and aimed to help those affected by cancer.
The bungee jump was sponsored by RenoDrain.
Louie Wakefield, 15, was the first person to brave the jump in memory of his brother Jack, and said: "It was incredible to remember my brother, have fun and raise money at the same time.”
Laura Haytack, Wessex Cancer Support’s regional fundraising manager, said: "These are exhilarating challenges and we’re so grateful to our participants who stepped out of their comfort zone to take part.
"Together, they’ve raised much needed funds to help us continue to provide free, local and personalised support to anyone on the Island.
"It was wonderful to see everyone back on safe land with a smile on their face!
"A huge thank you also to IW Skydive, UK Bungee Club and Sandown Airport who made the events possible."
