A Sandown man, who denies unlawfully intimidating and pestering his wife at an Isle of Wight cafe, will stand before a crown court judge.
Martin Timbers, of Culver Parade in Sandown, attended the IW Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, October 1, charged with breaching a non-molestation order.
It is said that the 60-year-old approached his wife and intimidated and pestered her at the Quay Arts Cafe in Newport on May 12.

Mr Timbers denies the charge and opted for a crown court trial.
He will appear before a judge on November 11 for a pre-trial hearing and was handed conditional bail.
