AN ISLE of Wight motorist who committed registration fraud, and was caught driving while disqualified, is due to be sentenced next month.
The case of Carl Newman, of Collingwood Road, Shanklin, was heard before Aldershot magistrates on Wednesday, September 18.
The 31-year-old admitted fraudulent use of a registration mark, in Tadley, on February 2 of this year.
At a previous hearing in May, Newman also admitted driving while disqualified and driving without insurance, at the same location, on the same date.
The court heard he was driving an Audi A3 on Silchester Road at the time of the offences.
Newman saw his case adjourned to November 6 at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court so a pre-sentence report could be drawn up.
He was granted unconditional bail until that date.
