ONE OF the busiest roads on the Isle of Wight will close overnight for roadworks over two days next week.
Newport High Street, between its junctions with Quay Street and Coppins Bridge, will shut during utility works, between 7pm on Tuesday (October 1) and 6.30am on Wednesday (October 2), or when the works have been completed, say Island Roads.
