Isle of Wight ferry firm Wightlink has cancelled multiple sailings on one of its routes this weekend due to a shortage of crew.

The cross-Solent operator says it is operating a revised timetable on its Lymington to Yarmouth car ferry service as a result.

The absence of an essential crew member is to blame.

The following sailings are no longer running on Saturday, September 28:

  • 3:05pm from Yarmouth.
  • 5.05pm from Yarmouth.
  • 7.05pm from Yarmouth.
  • 9.05pm from Yarmouth.
  • 2pm from Lymington.
  • 4pm from Lymington.
  • 6pm from Lymington.
  • 8pm from Lymington.

Wightlink has apologised for any inconvenience caused.
