The Isle of Wight Festival will make its first lineup announcement next Monday (September 23).
The announcement was made via social media this morning (September 19), allowing festivalgoers to ramp up speculation as to who will be topping the bill next year.
The 2025 festival will run from June 19 to June 22.
Meanwhile, an exhibition has been curated about the history of the festival, celebrating its 25 editions.
The exhibition was open to the public in Newport, and is currently on display at the O2's Innovation Centre in London.
A film was also made for The One Show, showing an archaeological investigation of Afton Down, the site of the 1970 festival.
Landscape archaeologist and curator at Dimbola Museum and Galleries Kelly Wetherick was among those involved.
She said: “We were approached by the BBC to ask if we wanted to be involved in a short film on the archaeology of the site.
“I said absolutely and put a rabble together.”
