An Isle of Wight property in an unenviable location, mere metres from a landslip-hit Ventnor road, is up for sale with a guide price of just £10.
The semi-detached property on Leeson Road is on the market through agents First for Auctions.
The vacant, two-bedroom home is for cash buyers only and is in need of refurbishment.
First for Auctions says that despite the property being situated so close to a landslip-hit area of land, it has sustained only minor structural damage.

Internal viewings will not be possible, however, and auctioneers have not inspected the property.
The building is due to be sold via an online auction on Friday, September 27, with bidding opening at 10am.
All bidders and potential buyers must register ahead of the auction date.
