IT'S ALWAYS a special sight to see dolphins at play in the sea, so when Emma Stevens spotted some off the Isle of Wight, she was quick to film the event.
Emma, of Shanklin, managed to get some precious seconds of the dolphins off Sandown Bay yesterday (Saturday, September 7), capturing a couple of them jumping out the water, a short distance out to sea.
"It was 10am and I was just taking my morning cycle, when I noticed other people looking out to sea," said Emma, who owns and runs the Shore Things gift shop in Pier Street, Sandown.
"I thought, at first, someone might be in trouble, but then saw them jumping out the water, like in the video.

"They did it for a good amount of time, as I watched a while, before getting my phone out my bag.
"They were out there a few weeks ago too, so it’s not the first time."
The video has been shared with the Isle of Wight County Press — and we think it's great!
