Wight Proms 2024 has raised over £10,000 for charity.

The festival, which saw ten shows over ten days at Northwood House, held daily raffles in aid of Independent Arts.

This year saw a range of events, with music from IW band Plastic Mermaids, an orchestra playing Ibiza classics, as well as fascinating and hilarious sitdowns with actress Miriam Margolyes and Test Match Special's Jonathan Agnew and Phil Tuffnell - Aggers and Tuffers.

The Isle of Wight County Press team reviewed some of the events.

Independent Arts uses the arts to improve wellbeing and quality of life, and to reduce social isolation on the Isle of Wight.

The festival has announced that it will run from August 12 to August 17 for its 2025 edition.
