TWO animals native to Japan are heading to the Isle of Wight’s Wildheart Animal Sanctuary.
The new rescues – two white raccoon dogs – will soon join the other residents at the sanctuary.
Earlier today (Friday), the Sandown site teased the news, inviting people to guess what species they were.
“Well done to everyone who guessed correctly,” said a spokesperson for the sanctuary.
“Our new arrivals are white raccoon dogs, which are native to Japan.
“We look forward to sharing more about these two soon, so keep an eye on our social media!”
