MORE technical problems has led Red Funnel to withdraw two of its early morning vehicle ferry sailings today (Friday).
The ferry company, which has come under fire from customers, cancelled its 7am, 10am and 1pm crossings from Southampton to East Cowes, as well as its 8.30am, 11.30am and 2.30pm services from East Cowes.
The company has blamed the issue on a generator on board the Red Falcon.

On Wednesday (July 24), Red Funnel cancelled two of its morning sailings due to an issue with the same vessel,
On top of that, Red Funnel announced this week it would be running a revised timetable on Tuesday next week (July 30), so maintenance work on its Red Osprey vehicle ferry's aft main engine can be carried out.
