ISLE of Wight magistrates have issued a warrant for the arrest of a man from Herefordshire accused of sexual assaults against women and a man in Newport.
Daniel Shaw, of Cusop Close, Hereford, was due to face two charges of sexual assault on a female, aged 16 or over, and one of a sexual assault on a male, at the Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court on Tuesday (July 16).
He failed to appear.
The alleged offences were said to have taken place in Newport on July 22 last year.
Magistrates issued a warrant for the arrest of the 34-year-old to secure his future attendance in court.
