AN ARREST warrant has been issued by an Isle of Wight court on a Peugeot driver accused of a drink-drive related offence.
Charles Tom, of St Johns Wood Road, Ryde, was due to face charges of failing to provide a specimen for analysis (vehicle driver) and driving without a valid licence, in Winchester Close, Newport, on June 9.
He failed to appear at the Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court on Tuesday (July 16).
Magistrates issued a warrant without bail for the arrest of the 55-year-old.
