"What an unexpected honour to have been able to cook for this legend.
"Blessed, lucky and eternally grateful to have had Tom walk through our door."
Stripped Brasserie serves a range of Mediterranean cuisine and opened under the couple's ownership in May.
This isn't the first time Tom Kerridge has visited the Island.
In 2022, he visited The George Hotel in Yarmouth for French chef Claude Bosi's birthday jamboree.
Earlier that year he scotched rumours he would be investing in any Island pubs and restaurants, following suggestions he was going to buy Little Gloster in Gurnard and North House in Cowes.
Tom employs a number of chefs who are from the Island, including former Island school student, Sarah Hayward.
