An Isle of Wight man denies exposing his genitals to a woman in East Cowes last October.
Henry Rann, of Kings Road, East Cowes, attended the Isle of Wight Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, July 9, and pleaded not guilty to exposure.
The 67-year-old is alleged to have stood with his trousers down and his genitals on show in East Cowes on October 6 , 2023.
It is said that Mr Rann intended that someone would see them and cause alarm or distress.
Magistrates accepted jurisdiction of the case, and Mr Rann accepted.
Mr Rann was granted unconditional bail and will appear before magistrates for a pre-trial hearing on October 10.
