Artist Laura Hathaway's DRIP SPLATTER SMEAR solo exhibition is set to close next month.
The exhibition will close its doors on Sunday, July 7, at Quay Arts.
The gallery showcases a series of unique abstract glass and paper artworks, developed with the support of Arts Council England DYCP grant.
Visitors to the exhibition have labelled the exhibition as a "fascinating" and "engaging" work.
As part of her practice, Ms Hathaway paints on glass and paper surfaces, creating layered compositions that play with light and shadow.
The works on display all explore abstraction and non-verbal self-expression.
Visitors are encouraged to take part in the Abstract Mark Making drop-ins that take place in the gallery space.
The closing event for the exhibition will be held on June 29 from 2pm to 4pm.
Those unable to attend can still visit the gallery until July 7.
During the closing event, Ms Hathaway will demonstrate live art making to music and there will be a participatory Abstract Mark Making activity for all attendees.
Entry to the gallery and the closing event is free.
Please be aware that the art making process can get messy with paints involved.
