Those who got down the front early for The Streets at the Isle of Wight Festival 2024 were rewarded by frontman Mike Skinner.
His level of interaction with the crowd was to be commended - he got down with his fans, surrounded himself with them and performed from within the heaving throng.
It was an energetic show, with Skinner using the stage and props to lift himself up into the best position for fans to see him.

The hits kept coming, at times poignant and melodic, other times dancey enough to get the crowd in the mood for what was coming next - The Prodigy.
The Streets heyday may have been the dizzy heights of Dry Your Eyes from 2004, when the rapper touched hearts with the vulnerability of his lyrics, but 20 years the storyteller still knows how to work his audience.
